We provide Apostille for Mexico. For certain legal situations it may be necessary to present Mexican Authorities with documents for residency, for university enrollment, investment, getting married or many other circumstances. If you are required to provide documents that were not originated in Mexico, then you will need to provide authentication so that the Mexican authorities will accept your documents. Our services are ONLY for documents that originate in one of the US 50 states.
Mexico is one of the 117 countries that are members of the Hauge Apostille Convention. The Apostille Treaty of 1961 was designed to simplify the method of authenticating documents, therefore providing a universal system of recognition. Mexico has been a part of the Apostille Treaty since 1995, which has made an easier system for foreigners to conduct business.
Documents that are commonly apostilled for Mexico include (and many more than the ones below):
- Single Status Affidavit
- Birth Certificates
- Death Certificates
- Marriage Certificates
- Divorce Decrees
- Background Checks
- Consent to Travel Letters
- Academic Records
- Power of Attorney
- Foreign Education Credentials
